It is with great pleasure that I announce that effective immediately; Colonel Ronald Orange is to command the Division Cavalry Brigade.

It is my honor to have been selected to command the First Federal Division and  to allow the full extent of continued growth and cooperation between all units and members, Col. Orange will  take position as your new commander.  While Ron is certainly not new to most of you, he will be making a few changes to best accommodate the Brigade.

Ron has been the second in command since the inception of the DCB back in 1997 and has been at my side and at your front at every National event as well as a great number of regional and local events.

He brings many years of strong leadership and exceptional knowledge to all of us.  I know you will all join me in congratulating him and will give him the support and respect that each of you has given me over these many years.  
All the Brigades of the First Federal Division join me in wishing Ron continued great success and many more years of continued growth.
